Kim Ades

Between 1995 and 2005, Kim was the original founder of Upward Motion, and is well known for dramatically penetrating the international real estate industry with a product called “The Real Estate Simulator”. In her last year with the company, revenues grew tenfold. Kim is currently the president of Opening Doors, a consultancy focused on growing sales for companies catering to real estate professionals. At Cellit, Kim is responsible for creating introductions for House4Cell in the real estate arena, as well as developing the company's overall sales strategy.

Robert Donat

Robert is a serial entrepreneur with many successful ventures under his belt. Currently, Robert is President of GPS Insight, a longstanding client of Cellit. (Robert liked us so much, he joined our management team.) Prior to GPS Insight, Robert founded Sedonatech, a consultancy focused on database optimization for the financial services industry. Prior to that, Robert worked as a manager at the Citadel Investment Group in Chicago and as an artillery officer in the U.S. Army. He holds Masters degrees in both Finance and Computer Science from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Steve Wachs

Steve Wachs, the visionary behind House4Cell, has over thirty years in the real estate industry. He has started and managed several real estate offices and is a designated broker. Steve brings with him a deep understanding of real estate as well as a keen understanding of marketing.
